Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
This policy explains what personal data Nexus Quality Engineering collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
Nexus Quality Engineering is a UK-based QA consultancy. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
You can contact us at: hello@nexus-qe.com
What personal data we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us through the enquiry form on this website. The information you provide includes:
- →Your name
- →Your email address
- →Your company name
- →The service you are enquiring about
- →The message you write to us
We do not collect any additional personal data automatically beyond what is described under Cookies below.
How we use your data
We use the information you submit solely to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.
The legal basis for processing is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to a business enquiry that you have initiated.
How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry data for up to two years from the date of your message, or for as long as is necessary to deal with your enquiry, whichever is shorter. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see Your rights below.
Third parties we share data with
We use two third-party services that may handle your data as part of operating this website:
RESEND
We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox. When you submit the form, your name, email address, company, and message are transmitted to Resend's servers for delivery. Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf. You can review Resend's privacy policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
CLOUDFLARE TURNSTILE
We use Cloudflare Turnstile as a spam-prevention measure on the contact form. Cloudflare may process your IP address and certain browser characteristics to determine whether you are a human visitor. This processing is carried out by Cloudflare, Inc. You can review Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
Your rights under UK GDPR
Under UK data protection law, you have the following rights in relation to personal data we hold about you:
- →Right of access — to request a copy of the data we hold about you
- →Right to rectification — to ask us to correct inaccurate data
- →Right to erasure — to ask us to delete your data
- →Right to restriction — to ask us to limit how we use your data
- →Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@nexus-qe.com. We will respond within one month.
