WHO WE ARE
A specialist QA consultancy, built on real-world delivery
Nexus was founded by practitioners who spent years in the trenches — shipping software, finding bugs, building test suites, and watching carefully what worked and what didn’t. We’ve been embedded in startups where QA was one person doing everything, and in large organisations with dedicated QA teams who still struggled to keep pace with development.
That experience taught us that quality is never just a technical problem. It’s a people problem, a process problem, and sometimes a cultural problem. The best test frameworks in the world won’t help a team that doesn’t believe testing is part of their job.
Our job is to meet you where you are, understand your specific context, and help you move forward in a way that actually sticks. No copy-paste solutions. No unnecessary complexity.
